These Terms govern access to NorthCore websites and software. A separate executed agreement may supersede these Terms for enterprise customers.
NorthCore provides AI infrastructure software and related operational tooling. Features may change as we ship improvements; we will not materially reduce core security controls without notice where required by contract.
You will not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service to violate law. We may suspend access to protect integrity and security.
Each party will protect the other’s confidential information using reasonable care. Client data is handled according to the Privacy Policy and any data processing terms.
The service is provided on an “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law. AI systems can fail in subtle ways; operational review and human oversight remain your responsibility in production workflows.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NorthCore’s aggregate liability arising from these Terms is limited as set forth in your governing agreement, or otherwise capped at fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Venue and governing law are specified in your enterprise agreement. If none applies, the laws of the State of Delaware will govern, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
